DC’s STARGIRL: Joy Osmanski (Tigress) In Conversation with Darren Shulman (22nd July 2020)

Actress Joy Osmanski is currently on a roll with some very impressive credits currently airing on The CW and Fox – starring in the dual role of Paula Brooks and Tigress in the smash hit DC’s STARGIRL and also voicing Jing in the animated series, DUNCANVILLE, now entering its second season.

Fan of DC’s STARGIRL, as well as the regular reviewer of the show for The Convention Collective, Darren Shulman was lucky enough to get the opportunity to take part in a socially-distant video conference call with Joy, talking about her time of the show, the challenge of playing the dual roles, the pressures of performing in such an action-packed environment, and much more.

Joy also gets into her role as the five-year-old Jing Harris in DUNCANVILLE, as well as how her life as a parent has taught her perspective on the character. Joy also talks to the issue of diverse roles available in Hollywood and a couple of surprises for good measure!
