Hands up if you didn’t see this coming. When the reviews and plaudits for Jonathan Hickman‘s HOUSE OF X and POWERS OF X event series started rolling in, even the less cynical comics fan knew that the run was going to be the jumping-off point for a whole new era of X-MEN, with new titles and relaunches pretty much inevitable.
Well, today, we now have full details of those books – including a fresh kickstart of several X-MEN titles and it looks like fans of ’90s mutant adventures are getting their wish fulfilled with the return of some classic titles, including the flagship book helmed by Hickman and with art from Lenili Francis Yu, an X-FORCE relaunch written by Benjamin Percy with art from Joshua Cassara, and the return of NEW MUTANTS from the powerhouse pairing of Hickman and Ed Brisson.
