SDCC 2025: IGNITION PRESS brings the pressure with (not entirely)-Comic-Con panels and signing schedule

We’ve already shared the updates regarding Ignition Press‘ exciting off-site activities, forgoing a presence inside the con proper and instead taking up residence in a bespoke location called the Ignition Press Room in the Downtown Gaslamp District (643 G Street). However, we can now reveal that the renegade publisher will be hosting two exciting panel sessions at the San Diego Central Library and the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Hotel – possibly as close to the SDCC programming you can get without being inside the Convention Centre and the convention itself. Talk about ‘doing comics differently’.

Ignition Press’ own Filip Sablik (publisher) and Jamie S. Rich (editor-in-chief), along with writer Jeremy Haun, will converge at the Ignition Press Room on the Saturday morning, 26th July 9am to host a special presentation and Q&A to talk about the unique approach Ignition is striving to achieve with their books and creators. Then, Cullen Bunn and Jeremy Haun zip across and bring their acclaimed CURIOUS HAUNTS X THE CULLENOSCOPY LIVE! podcasts to the Neil Morgan Auditorium in the Central Library on Saturday 26th July at 11am, a unique horror podcast crossover from two of the best in the game. And then, Bunn and Haun join forces again to be joined by writers Leah Williams, Stephanie Williams (no relation) and Tim Seeley to talk DOING COMICS DIFFERENTLY with Sablik and Rich at the Mariott Marquis Grand 10 & 11 panel room on Sunday 27th July.

There’s also a whole raft of signings that’s going to take place at the Ignition Press Room throughout the weekend, were fans can meet the likes of Mike Tisserand, Dare Taylor, Inaki & Roy Miranda, Tim Seeley, Cullen Bunn, Lean Williams and more. It’s going to one hell one a venue. More details below:
