L.A. Comic Con to bring gaming, eSports, and anime experiences with Subnation Media partnership

The first week of December will see Los Angeles Comic Con return to the Los Angeles Convention Center and with them comes a new partnership with Subnation Media. The new partnership will see a new gaming, eSports, and anime experience come to the west hall of the convention center. Attendees who make their way to that portion of the convention center will see 3 different zones there – Stream Studio, PC Freeplay area, and the Main Stage.

The Main Stage will have a lot of programming all weekend, while the PC Freeplay area will let attendees play various games on PC from classic ones to the newest releases, and the Stream Studio zone will give all levels of creators the chance to stream live from the event.

All 3 zones will have programming that will include eSports competitions, music showcases, panels, cosplay competitions, live game demos and much, much more.

Gaming and Web3 venture studio Subnation Media will create and curate unique gaming, streaming and anime exhibitions to complement L.A. Comic Con’s world class sci-fi, comic and pop culture event – December 2-4, 2022

LOS ANGELES, CA — SEPTEMBER 30, 2022 — L.A. Comic Con (“LACC”), Los Angeles’ largest event for comics, gaming, sci-fi, anime and pop culture, is partnering with Subnation Media, a gaming and web3 lifestyle company, to produce an expansive and exciting gaming, esports and anime experience in the West Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Launched last year, this extension of the L.A. Comic Con engages pop culture fans from the world of eSports, gaming, and anime, complementing the traditional Con’s content of comics, movies, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, and all things pop-culture. In addition to a full line-up of guests, panels, exhibitors and talent in the South Hall, the West Hall expansion of the 11th annual event, being held December 2-3, 2022, which will feature appearances from gaming talent, streaming stations, esports competitions, anime exhibitions, PC Freeplay and much more.

Attendees will have a lot to experience across three main zones in the 147,000-square-foot West Hall – the Stream Studio, PC Freeplay area and the Main Stage. The Main Stage serves as the center of attention, and will be packed with programming that offers something for everyone.  Those wanting in on the action can attend the PC Freeplay area and enjoy some of the hottest games on PC, covering a range of classics to the newest releases.  Lastly, the Stream Studio gives both established and aspiring creators a space to be themselves and stream to the world live from the event. Programming across all zones will consist of esports competitions, music showcases, panel presentations, cosplay competitions, live game demos and much, much more.  This expansion is all part of the Los Angeles Comic Con experience, accessed by the same ticket purchase – single-day passes are $35-$50, and 3-day passes are $95.
