ReedPOP’s New York Comic Con is coming to the mammoth Javits Center in the Big Apple in just a few weeks (Thursday 9th-Sunday 12th October 2025) and details are starting to roll out about the exciting presentations the event will have to offer, including the first look at Peacock’s new espionage thriller, THE COPENHAGEN TEST, starring (and executive produced by) Simi Liu.
Liu will be in attendance at NYCC on Sunday 12th October, alongside his co-showrunners co-showrunners Thomas Brandon (Legacies) and Jennifer Yale (See, Outlander), to take part in a panel running from 2pm-3pm, featuring clips and a discussion on how the show came to be and what Liu and the team hope to bring to the screen. To be fair, there’s very little be revealed about this series so far – not even a trailer – so this really will be the first chance for people to get a good look of what’s to come.
The panel takes place in Room 405 (yes, we can read, too – it’s right there in the teaser poster) but it’s unlikely Liu will be able to contain himself to just that session, no doubt pinballing around the convention floor like the pocket dynamo that he is. Seriously, have you seen his socials?? Where the hell does he get the energy??
