BANDAI NAMCO video game news including new Dragon Ball game, additions to DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ, and more

BANDAI NAMCO had a busy day today with announcements and trailers including a new trailer for their JUMP FORCE game, a new
DRAGON BALL game announcement, and more.

First up is a new trailer for the upcoming JUMP FORCE game. The new trailer showcases some of the newly announced characters including some from the NARUTO universe as well as from Dragon Quest: The Adventures of Dai. 

The game is set for release on February 15th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PCs (via Steam), but if you pre-order it you gain access to the game 3 days early.




Next up is an announcement of a new game from their Dragon Ball license.

Coming later this year is DRAGON BALL GAME – PROJECT Z (that title may change as it’s just a working title) to North America for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PCs (via Steam).

The game is a RPG which will see players experience the Dragon Ball Z story through the eyes of Goku.

That wasn’t the only new from their Dragon Ball license, as also announced today that 6 more characters will be joining the roster of DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ when FIGHTERZ PASS 2 is released on January 31st.

The first characters announced for the DLC were Jiren and Videl who will be followed by DRAGON BALL SUPER Broly and SSGSS Gogeta.

Lastly for the news today was the release of some new screenshots for the upcoming ONE PIECE WORLD SEEKER game which show off Sky Island, as well as a Karma System which let players access special events as they increase their relationships with enemies and partners, and more.

The game is set for release on March 15th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PCs (via Steam).

NEW JUMP FORCE TRAILER NOW AVAILABLE FROM BANDAI NAMCO ENTERTAINMENT AMERICA INC.

A new JUMP FORCE trailer highlighting newly announced characters from the NARUTO universe and Dragon Quest: The Adventures of Dai, is now available.

JUMP FORCE celebrates the 50-year anniversary of Japan’s influential Weekly Shonen Jump magazine by pitting its most popular franchises together including DRAGON BALL Z, ONE PIECE, NARUTO SHIPPUDEN, and many more in this electrifying area-based brawler. JUMP FORCE will be available for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, and PC via STEAM on February 15, 2019. Fans who pre-order the JUMP FORCE Ultimate Edition will be able to start playing JUMP FORCE three days early on February 12, 2019!

This new Action RPG (role-playing-game) is slated for a 2019 launch and will take players on the most dramatic and epic telling of the DRAGON BALL Z story, experienced through the eyes of Kakarot, the Saiyan better known as Goku.

New FighterZ Join the Fray in the DRAGON BALL FighterZFighterZ Pass 2

Just when players thought the frenetic fighting action in DRAGON BALL FighterZ could not reach higher levels, we bring six more characters into the fight with the DRAGON BALL FighterZFighterZ Pass 2. Literally kicking things off in the new FighterZ Pass 2 will be the arrival of Jiren and Videl, who are joining the rest of the DRAGON BALL FighterZ on January 31, 2019 in the Americas. DRAGON BALL SUPER Broly and SSGSS Gogeta are also on their way; more news will be shared soon about their impending arrival.

Each character in FighterZ Pass 2 can be purchased separately for $4.99USD or all six characters can be purchased for $24.99USD ($5.00USD discount).

NEW ONE PIECE WORLD SEEKER SCREENSHOTS

The new screenshots highlight Sky Island – a floating island high above Prison Island full of adventure, a Karma System which will reward players with special events as relationships with enemies and partners increase, and treasure maps which will send players on treasure hunts throughout the world to find special items.

In ONE PIECE World Seeker, players control series protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy, as he explores Prison Island, which was devastated by war several years ago and has begun to be rebuilt under the watchful eye of the Navy. Take on missions from island inhabitants and grow Luffy’s skills to take on more challenging opponents and situations.

ONE PIECE World Seeker will be available for the PlayStation® 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, and PC via STEAM® on March 15, 2019.
