NYCC 2019: DKE Toys reveal first sets of exclusives

One of our favorite booths at any show they are at (which includes NYCC, SDCC, and DesignerCon) is the DKE Toys booth, and they have begun to reveal what you can find at their booth (#575) at New York Comic Con this year.

What makes their exclusives so unique is they are usually handmade, very limited and signed and numbered. As a result they are collectors items and usually a little bit pricey.

The first set of announcements include releases from Lou Pimentel, Ron English, the next Great Showdown figure from Scott C, and 2 figures from RYCA.

DKE Toys at NYCC 2019 – CON STUFF

Vintage Gold by Lou Pimentel
Artist Lou Pimentel hand painted 20 different cardbacks for NYCC this year. Each original watercolor is on a 6×9 inch backer card and has a vintage toy mounted on the front. The series is called Vintage Gold and retail is $165 each.

The Great Showdowns by Scott C
The Great Showdowns are a series of paintings, art shows, and books depicting classic pop culture good guys and bad guys. This figure was sculpted by George Gaspar of Double G toys who helped bring Scott C’s characters to life.
You get two hand cast and hand painted resin figures on each card featuring Scott C’s signature. He also numbered them out of 50.
