All the teasers about the Marvel’s history being rewritten on Tuesday was followed by the announcement on Wednesday as to who was behind it.
It seems Cosmic Ghost Rider is stuck in the past, so what does he do? Rewrite history in a 6-part series written by comedian Paul Scheer and Nick Giovannetti with art from Gerardo Sandoval.
The first issue of COSMIC GHOST RIDER DESTROYS MARVEL HISTORY will be released on March 6th with cover from Gerardo Zaffino.
“What if Spider-Man had aged at the same rate as our world?” That’s the question that the new Spider-Man series from the team of writer Chip Zdarsky and artist Mark Bagley looks to answer.
The series kicks off in the 1966 and the Vietnam War taking place with Peter having to decide where is loyalties lie.
The first part of the six part mini-series titled SPIDER-MAN: LIFE STORY will be released in March with a regular cover version from Zdarsky and a variant cover from Marcos Martin.
As part of their year long celebration for their 80th Anniversary, Marvel is kicking off the year with 9 different variant covers from Phil Noto that will all connect together to make one large piece of art.
Look for the variant covers in January at your local comic book shop.
The Marvel Rising news above wasn’t the only news pertaining to Ms. Marvel this week, on Friday a new series starring her was announced.
Coming in March from writer Saladin Ahmed, and artist Minkyu Jung will be THE MAGNIFICENT MS. MARVEL.
The first issue will be released on March 13th, 2019 with three different cover versions; a main cover from Eduard Petrovich, and two different variant covers, one from Elsa Charretier and the other from Babs Tarr.
The last piece of news for the week was sent out without any details aside from the picture below and “Amazing Spider-Man coming March 2019”

I wanted to leave on a high note.”
