THE BIG BAD WOLF GAME review – A fun and zany card game

Distributed by Cozy Games

For 2-6 players
Average game time – 15 minutes

Thanks to Henry Serafim of Cozy Games for letting us playtest this game!!

An exciting twist on “The Three Little Pigs”. A game of trust, deceit, bluffing and strategy. How far along will you get before someone blows your house down?

My family and I had a chance to preview this fun little game and I can say without any reservations we will be adding this to our rotation! It’s a clever little game with a unique idea and balanced system. It’s very easy to learn and it’s not something you have to really be mentally focused to play. While it does take some strategy it’s easy enough to pick up and play a quick game at your leisure.

My daughter first attempted the game as a twosome and the game was rather simple and ended pretty quickly. We found the most fun and competition came from getting 3 or more players to really ratchet up the tension and excitement. With 3 or more players strategy becomes more of the focus and it becomes a lot more fun trying to screw one of your friends/family members over. We actually also tried to turn it into a drinking game and had even more fun! Everyone was laughing, yelling at each other, and just having a good time. The art on the cards is really cool and it’s a fun little concept as a whole. When hearing there would be some expansions in the works we were definitely excited to see what other wrinkles and fun ideas might be added to the game. I highly recommend checking out the Kickstarter and ordering your copy of this fun and zany card game. You won’t be disappointed!

The game is going live on Kickstarter on May 14th at 11 am EST. so be ready to secure your copy! You can also reserve your spot on their sign-up page which is live now at the website mentioned above. As mentioned above, the creator has mentioned a Red Riding Hood expansion is already in the works!!
