Back in July apparel maker RSVLTS made their debut at San Diego Comic-Con in the Lucasfilm Pavilion (2913-L) where they debuted (and sold out of!) 4 new exclusive shirts. Today it was announced that they will be making their debut at D23 Expo 2022 with 3 new shirts (which if past history is an indicator, will sell out as well) with a food based theme.
I own a few of their shirts and the shirts from RSVLTS have replaced t-shirts in my wardrobe for comic cons (and for some work meetings like the Layers of Tatooine which is a very low key Star Wars shirt.
For D23 the exclusives that you can get at their booth (2370 in the main hall at the Anaheim Convention Center) are as follows (and they will ONLY be sold on the day listed). Each shirt will be available in sizes from S to 4XL and will cost $70 (which is a great price considering how soft and comfy these shirts are). In addition to the traditional (unisex) style as shown below, all three designs will also be available in women’s style as well, all while sizes/supplies last.
Friday September 9th – Maximum Chimi
One of Deadpool’s favorite treats is a chimichanga, and this shirt celebrates everyone’s favorite fourth wall-breaking superhero by featuring the culinary stylings of the fried Tex-Mex treat with the iconic mask poured over as the “sauce”.
Saturday September 10th – Trippy Tea
This shirts showcases the trippy treats from the classic Alice in Wonderland animated movie along with characters including Alice, the Mad Hatter, the White Rabbit, and more! This shirt is guaranteed to put a (Cheshire Cat) smile on your face…as long as your not late for a very important date (September 10th that is)!
Sunday September 11th – Grogu-Sized Snacks
The Grogu-Sized Snacks shirt feature everyone’s favorite child (who is also the cutest creature in the Star Wars galaxy), Grogu, enjoying a feast of one of his favorite treats (just hope that Mando isn’t watching so he can eat in peace)
