Coming this March from the team of writer Olivia Olson (who voiced Marceline in the Cartoon Network series) and Slimm Fabert is ADVENTURE TIME: MARCY & SIMON #3.
The series continues where the cartoon left off with more adventures of the Vampire Queen and the Ice King.
Look for the issue on March 20th with a main cover by Brittney Williams, and with variant covers by artists Lisa DuBois, and Danielle Chuatico.
In addition to the preview above, a preview of the upcoming third issue of THE AVANT-GUARDS was also released this week.
The title from Carly Usdin and Noah Hayes is about a female basketball player who wants to start the first ever basketball league for art colleges while she’s attending the Georgia O’Keeffe College of Arts and Subtle Dramatics.
Look for the issue on March 27th at your local comic book shop with a main cover by Hayes as well as a variant cover by Cara McGee.
Coming to stores on March 27th will be the next release from BOOM!’s WWElicense. WWE WRESTLEMANIA 2019 SPECIAL #1 is an oversized one-shot that highlights some of the more memorable moments from Wrestlemania’s past.
The issue will have three different cover versions, main cover by Rahzzah, a preorder cover by artist Xermánico, and a variant cover by Marco D’Alfonso.

Writer Olivia Olson (voice of Marceline on Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time™) and artist Slimm Fabert (Adventure Time™ comic series) bring fans the exciting official comic book continuation of the Cartoon Network Emmy® Award-winning series by revealing what’s next for the once immortal Simon and the still immortal Vampire Queen Marceline in comic book form.
Marcy and Simon’s friendship has endured over 900 years and through bouts of insanity and amnesia. So when Simon’s memories of his life as the Ice King and his memories of Marceline, start slipping away, there’s nowhere left to turn except the source of darkest magic itself—Hunson Abadeer, Marceline’s dad and evil overlord of the Nightosphere. But of course, things get complicated when Marcy confronts her demonic father and asks for help saving Simon: dark magic always has a cost.

ADVENTURE TIME™: MARCY & SIMON is Olson’s third writing contribution to the expanded literary world of the eponymous franchise, previously collaborating with her father Martin Olson (the voice of “Hunson Abadeer”) on The Adventure Time™ Encyclopedia. The two also co-authored Adventure Time™: The Enchiridion & Marcy’s Super Secret Scrapbook, written from a first-person perspective through Marceline’s diary entries about when she and Simon first met. Your First Look at the Dream Team in THE AVANT-GUARDS #3

Studios revealed a first look at THE AVANT-GUARDS #3, a new chapter in the twelve-issue series from writer Carly Usdin (Heavy Vinyl) and artist Noah Hayes (Wet Hot American Summer) about a ragtag group of friends who band together to build the first ever basketball team at their historic woman’s art college, available in stores March 2019.
The Avant-Guards’ efforts have paid off, and with the addition of new transfer student and former basketball star, Charlie Bravo, they are finally an official basketball team. BOOM! Studios Announces WWE® WRESTLEMANIA® 2019 SPECIAL #1

Studios today revealed a first look at WWE WRESTLEMANIA 2019 SPECIAL #1, an oversized one-shot special that will be available beginning Wednesday, March 27, featuring some of the most iconic and action-packed moments from WWE’s annual pop-culture extravaganza.
You never know what to expect at WrestleMania, and this special is no exception! Writer Andrew Stott and artist Andy Belanger (Southern Cross) highlight the pivotal match between the Brothers of Destruction, Undertaker and Kane fromWrestleMania 14. Writer Bill Hanstock (WWE) and artist Hyeonjin Kim (WWE) explore the rivalry between Charlotte Flair and Asuka leading up to their groundbreaking match at WrestleMania 34.
