Attack of the Show was one of G4’s most beloved shows during its original run from 2005 to 2013. In 2021 it was revised, and in what they suspect is “possibly the biggest mistake of 2022” Attack of the Show returned to San Diego Comic-Con and offered me the chance to interview members of the cast Fiona Nova, Will Neff, Jirard “The Completionist” Khalil, and Gina Darling. In a freewheeling interview that showed off their comedic improv talents, we discussed what makes Attack of the Show work, famous fans, and what the cast does that makes the network uncomfortable.
